If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and contributors.

Loocop is NOT a Consumer Reporting Agency ("CRA") as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., "FCRA"). The platform is designed strictly for personal relationship awareness and community-sourced reference sharing. You are strictly prohibited from using Loocop, its search features, or any user-generated content for: • Employment screening or hiring decisions • Tenant evaluation or lease approvals • Credit, loan, or insurance underwriting • Professional, commercial, or financial background checks Violation of this section constitutes a breach of contract and may subject the user to legal action or permanent exclusion.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, conduct profile lookups, or submit relationship references on Loocop. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. To maintain community safety and prevent automated bot abuse, we require email authentication or valid social sign-in. Account credentials must be kept confidential, and you are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

Loocop operates under principles of anonymity and free speech. While reviewer identities remain private and unlisted from the public: • Authors remain solely and legally responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and legality of their submitted content. • Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (and comparable international laws), Loocop acts as a neutral venue and is not the publisher or author of user-submitted reviews. • We do not rewrite, edit, or alter review text submitted by users.

Users agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities on Loocop: • Targeted Harassment & Doxxing: Submitting phone numbers, home addresses, government IDs, or non-public private info. • Violent Threats & Incitement: Threatening harm, torture, or physical violence against any person. • Hate Speech & Discrimination: Directly attacking individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability. • Sexually Explicit Content: Posting non-consensual sexual details, explicit imagery, or underage media. • Impersonation & False Claims: Submitting reviews under a false identity or fabricating relationship history. • Commercial Spam & Ads: Posting referral links, promotional marketing, or compensated reviews.

Users retain copyright ownership of the original text submitted to Loocop. However, by submitting content, you grant Loocop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute the content solely in connection with operating and providing the platform.

We actively moderate content using proprietary automated filters and human secondary review. Loocop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: • Reject, hide, or delete content that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms. • Issue warnings or place temporary restrictions on user accounts. • Permanently suspend or terminate accounts and block IP ranges for severe or repeated violations.

LOOCOP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT SEARCH RESULTS ARE 100% ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UP TO DATE. REVIEWS REPRESENT INDIVIDUAL SUBJECTIVE OPINIONS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOCOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or individual small claims court, waiving any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be communicated by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page.
